Mr. Adan G Serna

Adan G Serna, 74 passed away Monday, August 16, 2010 at a Corpus Christi hospital. He was born on October 23, 1935 in Agua Nueva, TX. to Rumaldo Serna and Wenserlada Garcia Serna. He was a rancher. Adan is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Eliboro Serna, Enemorio Serna and Servando Serna; sister Amelia Zuniga. He is survived by his wife Francisca D. Serna of Hebbronville; sons Jose A. Serna of Benavides, Adan Serna Jr. of Edinburg, Alberto Serna, Sr. of Hebbronville, Alfredo (Elva) Serna of Hebbronville; Francisco (Vanessa) Serna of Hebbronville and Emilio (Sharon) Serna of Hebbronville; daughters Victoria (Arnulfo) Gonzalez of Hebbronville and Sylvia Serna of Hebbronville; brother Onofre Serna of Hebbronville; sister Maria Luisa Mendez of Hebbronville; 17 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren

Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, in Hebbronville.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 20, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville.

Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
