Alfredo Carbajal

Alfredo Carbajal entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at hospital in Kingsville, Texas at the age of 88. He was born on April 5, 1935 to Arcadio Carbajal, Sr. and Eusebia Mendez Carbajal in Raymondville, Texas. Alfredo worked as a ranch hand for the Jones Ranch for over 15 years until his retirement. He loved being outdoors and working with his hand on miscellaneous items. He liked animals, hunting and was even a hunting guide for many years. Being with his family, especially his siblings, was something he enjoyed because he loved to be around people, especially the ones he loved.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Tomasa V. Carbajal and siblings, Aurora Longoria, Angelita Garcia, Anselmo Carbajal, Alejandro Carbajal, Alberto Carbajal, Arturo Carbajal, and Herminia “Amelia” Sanchez.

Alfredo leaves behind to cherish his memories his children, Javier Carbajal and daughter Lucinda Carbajal both of Falfurrias, Alfredo Carbajal, Jr. and his family of Bloomington, Texas and Bobby Carbajal and his family of Victoria, Texas; siblings, Arcadio Carbajal, Jr., Antonio Carbajal, Andres Carbajal, America Chapa, Armelinda “Vicky” DeLeon, Angelica Carbajal, and Albessa Garcia; grandchildren, Cody Montalvo, Oscar Montalvo, Katy Gonzalez, Jessica Ortega, Priscilla Hall, Justin Carbajal, Megan Carbajal and more; great-grandchildren, Mathew Carbajal, Andres, Carlos Hall, Jenessa Hernandez, Carlos Hernandez, Jr., Joseph Hall, Austin Hall and more and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Rosary will be recited at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with Visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m. Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023 at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
