Dominga V. Gomez, age 95, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 6, 2021 at her residence in Hebbronville, Texas. She was born May 2, 1926 to Jose I. Vallejo and Vicenta Marquez Vallejo in Crestonio, Texas.
Dominga is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Martin Gomez; sons, Luis Angel and Roberto Gomez; daughter, Maria Inez Gomez and siblings, Consuelo Perez, Roberto DeLeon, Manuela Martinez and Nieves Villanueva.
She leaves behind many fond memories that will be treasured by her children, Jose (Connie) DeLeon of Hebbronville, Jorge DeLeon of San Antonio, Texas, Guadalupe DeLeon of Poteet, Texas, Maria Cruz (Feliberto) Peralta of Victoria, Texas, Clemencia (Hector) Villanueva of Hebbronville and Alicia (Zaragoza) Valadez of Hebbronville; sister, Maria Inez Vallejo Ruiz of Hebbronville; 29 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearer will be Sofia Huerta.
