Gloria C. Rios

Our beloved, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Gloria C. Rios, entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 25, 2024 at a hospital in Laredo, Texas at the age of 57. She was born to Emilio Cantu and Irma Molina Cantu on August 29, 1966 in Hebbronville, Texas. Gloria worked as a home provider for many years and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was reunited in heaven by her husband, Hector “Bibi” Rios, Jr.; parents and sister, Irma C. Villarreal.

Gloria leaves behind many fond memories that will forever be treasured by her sons, Oscar Emilio (Sara Martinez) Rios and Juan Roberto (Kristina) Rios; daughter, Sarah Christina (Joel Hernandez) Rios; siblings, Carmen (Genaro) Ruiz, Rosa Cantu, Lupe Cantu and Celina Guardian all of Hebbronville and grandchildren, Aubreey Rios, Camila Hernandez and Lily Hernandez.

Pallbearers will be Genaro Ruiz, Juan Carlos Ruiz, Joe Ray Villarreal, Rolando Luis Villarreal, Jr., Eddie Pena, Jr., Christian Pena, Emilio Cantu and Adrian Adamez.

Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
