Joel Reyna

Joel Reyna was welcomed into the gates of Heaven on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 51. He was born on September 4, 1963 in Modesto, California to Francisco Reyna and Maria Guerrero Reyna. Joel was a deeply-rooted family man who cherished his family life more than anything. He was a genuine and authentic person and his grandchildren were his pride and joy. He is preceded death by his father and brother, Jesus Reyna. Joel leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife, Norma Reyna of Hebbronville, Texas; sons, Benito Trevino of Lufkin, Texas and Joe Frank (Rebecca) Reyna of Hebbronville; daughter, Rebecca Renee Reyna of Hebbronville; mother, Maria Reyna; borther, Juan Reyna and sister, Norma Linda Reyna all of California; six grandchidren, Scarlett Arabella Trevino, Jackson Grant Trevino, Chrisitan Contreras, Natalia Contreras, Anastacia Belen Reyna and Elian Ademar Reyna and many extended relatives.

Pallbearers will be Oscar Rodriguez, Danny Rodriguez, Evan Guerrero, Orlando Guerrero, David Vasquez and Placido Vasquez, Jr..

Honorary Pallbearers will be Placido Vasquez, Robert Rodriguez, Ruben Vasquez and Oscar Vasquez.

Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2015 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville.

Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
