Juan Manuel Sandoval Sr, 66, left this life for the next on June 15, 2022. He was a Marine, a retired DPS Trooper and the first SRO for Jim Hogg County Elementary School in 2009. Juan was married to Veronica Marie on March 10, 1979 and had been married for 43 years at the time of his passing. Juan had 6 children, Catalina, Maria, Ramiro, Catherine, Juan Jr., and Victoriano, 10 grandchildren; Lori Ann, Isabella, Roger Jr., Annah, Jasmyn, Francisco A., Braxton, Sebylla, Juan R. and Daniel G. along with numerous aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
Juan was born to Francisco Antonio Sandoval Sr and Amelia Lerma Sandoval; he is the 3rd child out of 6. He was proceeded in death by both of his parents, oldest sister Sylvia Jefferies and oldest brother Francisco A. Sandoval Jr.
Juan loved with his whole heart, and was always willing to listen when someone was willing to talk. He lived life to the fullest, and helped so many people along the way. He was active in the lives of his children and grandchildren, along with being active in the lives of nieces, nephews and many of the friends of his children.
While I know everyone must be sad with his passing, I want to remind you that that is not what Juan would want. Instead rejoice in the life he led. He had no regrets, and said he accomplished everything he set out to do in life.
