Julia Jimenez Munoz entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at a hospital in Kingsville, Texas at the age of 88. She was born to Antonio Jimenez and Tomasita Arredondo Jimenez in Falfurrias. She was a housewife.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Erasmo Munoz, Jr.; daughter, Ernestina Munoz; grandsons, Michael Munoz and Jeremy Munoz, Edriel Lorenzo Munoz; great-grandchildren, Tracey Munoz, Deandra Munoz and Madilyn Munoz; brother, Juan Jimenez and sisters, Maria Garcia and Tomasita Garcia.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her six sons, Mario (Mollie) Munoz, Erasmo (Diana) Munoz, III, Mike (Daria) Munoz, Leonel (Irma) Munoz and David Munoz all of Falfurrias and Ernesto (Dina) Munoz of Ricardo; four daughters, Ofilia Torres from Falfurrias, Agapita (Augustine) Hinojosa from Ricardo, Texas, Noemi (Thomas) Gonzales from Alvin, Texas and Hortencia (Ray) Sandoval of Ricardo, Texas; brothers, Antonio Jimenez, Rafael (Elouisa) Jimenez, Norberto (Esmeralda) Jimenez and Dario (Lydia) Jimenez; sister, Adela (Jose) Soto; 40 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Falfurrias. Services will conclude with a Burial at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Falfurrias.
