Maria N. Madrigal

Maria N. Madrigal passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026, at her daughter’s residence in Premont, Texas at the age of 90. She was born December 6, 1935, to Ignacio Arce and Rafaela Revilla Arce in Clarkwood, Texas. Maria worked for many years as a home provider. She was a faithful and devoted servant of Jehovah for many years. Maria also loved all her family with all her heart. She was a kind person and ready to help anyone when she was able to. She also loved plants and gardening.

Maria is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Juan Gonzalez Madrigal; siblings, Eldemira Arce, Maria De Los Angeles (Ramiro) Solis, Celida (Juan) Mata, Norberto Arce, and Abel Arce; son-in-law, David Odom; and brother-in-law, Ruben Garza.

Surviving Maria are her three sons, Jose Luis (Elda) Madrigal and Juan Madrigal, Jr. (Denise) both of Alice, Texas, and Fidencio Madrigal of Falfurrias, Texas; two daughters, Marta Nelli Madrigal (Abel Martinez) of Premont, and Dora Odom of Middleburg, Florida; brother, Ignacio Arce Jr.; sister, Delia Garza; sister-in-law, Oliva Arce; nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

The family would like to thank Aurora Mata for her support, as well as the Juarez family for all their wonderful care for our mom over the years.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

There will be a funeral discourse at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Kingsville, Texas on Saturday afternoon, February 28, 2026, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
