Maria L. Serna, 84 passed away Friday, January 14, 2011. She was born on June 21, 1926 in Colton, California to Antonio Grandos and Lorenza Garay. She was a housewife. Maria is preceded in death by her parents and husband Gabino Serna. She is survived by her sons David Serna of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Joe Serna of Bixby, Oklahoma and Louis (Sally) Serna of Bixby, Oklahoma; daughter Maria Diana Serna(Alan) Proctor of Jacksonville, Florida; sister Virginia Perez of Falfurrias; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren
Visitation will start at 10am with a rosary at 11am on Monday, January 17, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2pm Monday, January 17, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
