Mauro Raquel Gomez Jr.

Mauro Raquel Gomez Jr., was welcomed into the gates on Heaven on Friday, September 14, 2018 in Hebbronville, Texas at the age of 58. He was born on September 12, 1960 to Mauro Raquel Gomez Sr. and Carmen Jasso Gomez in Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his father, Mauro Raquel Gomez Sr.; maternal grandparents, Luis and Lilia Jasso and paternal grandparents, Emeterio and Maria R.F. Gomez.

Mauro leaves behind to cherish his precious memories his son, Mauro Raquel (Marla) Gomez III; daughter, Marissa Gomez; mother, Carmen Gomez; sisters, Rozie Gomez Romero all of Hebbronville, Texas, Marcy (Oscar) Carreon; brother, Oscar Javier (Debbie) Gomez both of Corpus Christi, Texas; two grandchildren, Dominic Gomez and Jennacee Cantu; nieces and nephews, Giselle Carreon, Gabriela Carreon both of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jacob Perez and Eloy Barrera both of San Antonio, Texas.

Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, with visitation starting at 5:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
