Michael Ryan Ruiz

He was a 2022 graduate from Hebbronville High School. Michael played football for the Hebbronville Longhorn team and he showed goats at the Jim Hogg County Fair. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboy and Texas Longhorn fan. Michael loved listening to music.

Michael was welcomed into Heaven by his maternal grandfather, Jack Cherry; paternal grandmother, Angelina “Eva” Ruiz and paternal great grandmother, Sofia Arredondo.

He leaves behind many precious memories that will forever be treasured by his parents, Juan F. Ruiz Jr. and Christal Lee Ruiz of Hebbronville, Texas; brother, Justin Daniel Ruiz; sister, Leah Eva Lynn Ruiz; paternal grandfather Juan F. “Beto” Ruiz Sr. all of Hebbronville, Texas; maternal grandmother, Norma B. Cherry of Corpus Christi, Texas; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family.

A Memorial Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m. Memorial mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
