Ramiro Cadena, Jr., entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at his residence in Falfurrias, Texas, surrounded by his family who loved him dearly. He was born on July 12, 1969 to Ramiro T. Cadena and Josefa Salinas Cadena in Falfurrias, Texas and was blessed with 54 years of life. Ramiro worked for over 25 years as a driller, tool pusher and company man in the oilfield industry. He was an amazing son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, life partner and friend.
Ramiro was an extraordinary person and there wasn’t anything he couldn’t do. He had love for everyone and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
He was reunited in Heaven with his father.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Josefa Cadena; wife, Melinda Delma Garza; son, Ramiro (Celia Rodriguez) Cadena, III; daughters, Monica (Pete) Ramos, Angela (JR) Ramirez and Rosalind Cadena; brother, Robert (Claudia Sanchez) Cadena; sisters, Roxann (Eric Chapa) Garcia and Shanna (Osman) Cantu all of Falfurrias; 17 grandchildren, Armando Rene Ramos, Pedro Ramos, III, Alaina Ramos, Michael Ramirez, Bryan Ramirez, Brandon Ramirez, Jose Ramirez, III, Jason Ramirez, Gianna Ramirez, Evalynn Nunez, Draelynn Nunez, Rene Ramirez, Brayden Ramirez, Brycen Ramirez, Jazlyn Cadena, Ramiro J. Cadena and Elijah Cadena; three great-grandchildren, Andre Ramos, Armani Ramos and Jordan Ramirez and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Pallbearers will be Armando Ramos, Pedro Ramos, III, Michael Ramirez, Bryan Ramirez, Ramiro Javier Cadena and Rene Ramirez. Honorary Pallbearer is Devin Cadena.
Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with Visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams and Burial will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
