Rosa Maria Pena, 65, of Falfurrias, Texas, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas/ She was born on November 22, 1946 to Domino Saenz and Santos Garza Saenz in Falfurrias, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend and will be dearly missed. Rosa is preceded in death by her parents and many siblings. She is survived by her husband, Lucio N. Pena; sons, Emanuel and Joel Ismael Pena of Oklahoma and Christopher Pena, the grandson whom she raised as her son; daughters, Kelly Garza and Amanda Pena of Premont, Texas, 16 grandchildren and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Memorial Rosary will recited at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with visitation beginning at 4:00 p.m.
