My wife and I met Andy at the La Grange YMCA in the Spring of 2015, a month or so after Marcia's stroke. It was then that we came to realize we shared his love of classical music. After Marcia's passing (2017) Andy reached out to me and, at his suggestion, we started to meet monthly at Panera for lunch. More than the lunches and lively conversation they fostered, I will miss Andy's essence - his whit, wisdom and intellect.
To Sharon and Andy's family I send sincere condolences with the hope that memories will help comfort and sustain you going forward.
