Mary Dzado (nee Kocik), age 97, late of the East Side, preceded in death by her husband for over 50 years, the late Michael Dzado, and parents George and Mary Kocik (nee Pagurko); loving mother of Michael (Kathleen) Dzado, Michele Dzado, Mariann Golembieski, Marcia (Michael) Garza and Melissa (Jonathan) Swanson; devoted grandmother of 10; great grandmother of 19, dear sister of Anna (late Wyatt) Somrek, fond aunt of many. 20 year employee of Naylor Pipe Company.
A visitation will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, located at 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL, 60130, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:15 am. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park at 11:45 a.m.
