Phyllis C. Troutfetter, 89, longtime resident of Stickney was born on April 2, 1936, and passed away on September 8, 2025. Phyllis was the loving daughter of the late Philip and Mildred, née Mason, Duffy; beloved mother of the late Michael Troutfetter; cherished sister of Dennis Duffy; fond aunt of Patrick Duffy and Ryan Duffy; great aunt of Sean Duffy.
