Timoteo "Tello" Hernandez, 89, of Berwyn passed away January 3, 2016. Beloved husband of 59 years of Ana Maria. Loving father of Ana Maria (Edward) Espinoza, Patricia (Frank) Hernandez-Diaz, and Blanca Elisa. Cherished grandfather of Ana Elisa, Elisabeth, Mara Rebeca, Daniel, and Michael. Fond brother of Roberto, Antonio, Consuelo, Guillermo, and the late Rosa.
"Tello" was a devoted family man to his wife, daughters, son in laws and grandchildren. He was married to Ana Maria for 59 years. He served in the Mexican Military, and played baseball for his home town, the steel mill team. He arrived in Chicago in 1955 from Monterrey Mexico. Timoteo was a 30 year retiree from the Cracker Jack Company. He loved sports, especially soccer. His goal was to educate and raise his family, because his family always came first. He and his wife were always together, and spent every moment together. Timoteo became a proud U.S citizen.
