JANET H. CROSBY, 79, of Fort Wayne, died on Monday, June 25, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. She was born in Lansing, Mich. "Janet lived serving others." She was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church. Surviving are her children, Thomas (Gayle) Crosby of Kerby, Kan., Ronald (Julia) Crosby of Fort Wayne, Nannette (Galen) Acra of Leo, David (Tina) Crosby of Grabill, and Christina (Todd) Holderman of Monroe ville; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Laura (Jim) Wright and Jane (Alan) Hurd. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas. Memorial service is 11 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Forest Park United Methodist Church, 2100 Kentucky Ave., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Greeting of family and friends also from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne.
