JOAN M. HORSTMAN, 89, of Adams Heritage, in Monroeville, passed away in her sleep early Monday, April 30, 2018. Born March 10, 1929, in Sioux City, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Emma (Lais) Bell. Surviving are her daughter, Deborah Baker; brother, Fred (Marilyn) Bell; four grandchildren, Daniel (Allison) Baker, Brian (Kirsten) Baker, Diana Baker, and Brenda (Jeremiah) Lenegar; five great-grandchildren, and two step great-grandchildren.
