THOMAS M. RICHARDS, 66, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010, at Parkview Hospital. He was born on Dec. 20, 1943, in Fort Wayne. He formerly worked as a Phlebotomist in the laboratory at St. Joseph Hospital and Quest Laboratories. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Three Rivers Orchid Society and Chapter 26 NAWAC. Surviving are his wife, Sandy J.; and daughter, Elizabeth (Carlos) Irigoyen of Marietta, Ga. Memorial Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1101 S. Lafayette St., with the Rev. Father Phillip Widmann officiating. Calling is from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road.
