William Stuckey

William D. Stuckey, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 22, 2024, at Betz Nursing Home in Auburn, IN. Bill grew up on a small farm in Leo, IN. He graduated from Leo High School in 1969, where he ran cross country and played basketball. Bill was employed with Zollner Pistons and went to Omaha, NE for Selective Service. He loved music, and played organ and guitar. He also enjoyed cars and dogs. October 22, 1975 Bill was critically injured in a motorcycle accident. The years following, involved loving support from family and wonderful caregivers. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Loretta "Jean" Stuckey, sister Yvonne Stuckey and brother Tim Stuckey. He is survived by his siblings Joanne (Al) Springer, Mike (Brenda) Stuckey, Beth (Charles) Seitz, Don (Wanietta) Stuckey and Loren (Lonnie) Stuckey. Viewing will be held Sunday, October 27, from 2:00-4:00 PM at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd, Ft. Wayne, IN 46835. A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, October 28, at 11:00 AM, with viewing one hour prior.
