Benjamin Isaac Gallogly

Benjamin Isaac Gallogly, age 30, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on Monday, February 19th, 2024. He graduated from Widefield High School and received his Bachelor of Music, Trumpet Performance, at the University of Wyoming in 2015. In 2017, he received his Master of Music, Trumpet Performance, at Columbus State University in Georgia. Ben enjoyed everything music, especially jazz. He excelled in music theory and history. Ben would have liked to teach those subjects someday.

Ben was a host at Dazzle Jazz Club in Denver for a time. He would get so excited talking about the different artists coming to the venue and would often bring in customers by recommending his favorite musical acts. He would regularly go to shows in his free time.

Ben also enjoyed hiking, disc golf, gaming with friends and family, and gourmet cooking with his girlfriend, Beth. He and Beth could create so many incredible meals and would often cook for friends and family. Ben had a reputation for creating incredible pizzas from scratch. Ben especially loved Beth and her dog, Bubba.

Ben is survived by his parents, Tony and Pam, and his brothers, Paul and James.

A funeral Service for Ben will be held Friday, March 1st, 2024, starting at 10:30 AM at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 5354 US-85 Colorado Springs, CO 80911.
