A memorial service for Charles will be held Friday, June 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. US HWY 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817. Following the memorial service will be a committal service at 1:00 PM at Pikes Peak National Cemetery, 10545 Drennan Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80923.
