My time working with China at Memorial Hospital around 2002 was filled with jokes, laughter, and deep conversations. Of all the many things about China that make me smile, the biggest was her sense of humor. The girl could do accents that would have me rolling on the floor laughing. She would have me cracking up when she talked about her and Teak wrestling on the floor, and how she was always "schoolin'" him with all these fancy moves. She would say she had to utilize her size advantage while she could because it wouldn't be long before "the student would become the master." I also valued her opinion because she knew me well enough to call me out when I was making excuses and procrastinating. I eventually lost contact with her a couple years after I moved to Tennessee, but she was always in my thoughts.
China, I know your soul is at peace now. I take comfort in that, and knowing that you probably have Jesus doubled over in laughter with your crazy accents. See you later, girl! Love you!

I will miss you dear friend.  You are no longer in pain and with your mother and father. There was never a dull moment working with you.  Promise me that you will give your parents and my parents a hug and kiss from me. There was never a dull moment when i was working with you but i enjoyed every minute of it.  You are at peace with 
GOD so enjoy your afterlife and behave yourself :)

I have fond memories of my Aunt Chinaleen. I remember her love of cats,  her family and of her son. I will miss her tremedously and know that she is now at peace.

All those times of laughing together and seeing you smile while we were at our job, will always be memories stored in my mind. Now you are at peace , enjoy your after life.

I have fond memories of China from the days we went to Lowell elementary school. Always fun to be around, sad we lost touch over the years. My condolences to the family, so sad to hear of your loss.

I am not sure how many people know that China wrote poetry. Below is one she shared with me in the early 70s. There is no safer place to reside than in God's memory.

I See

Through the eyes of this stranger
I see into my soul
The truth of dreams
The lies of life
All fighting for control;

They take me on a journey
To places dark and deep
And in the pregnant silence
They never let me sleep;

The barren wasteland of emotion
The dept of human sin
Through this stranger's eyes
I see this journey's end
And wait.

I Love U Auntie! U will B greatly missed!  And yes she loved cats, had a Siamese one and so every time I would see a Siamese cat , I immediately think of my favorite aunt! She kinda resembled one I thought, but hey, I was just a little tyke back then! Always smiling, always kidding! I would have loved another chance to see you Auntie!

I remember my Auntie loved cats. She would alwyas make these silly cat noises to me and eventually to my kids that would make us laugh. But i will mostly remember her for the time she took my daughter and I into her home during a very rough time in our lives. She provided us a safe place to live and the opportunity to get back on our feet after being in a very bad situation. I am gratefull to her for that because i don't know what our outcome would've been had she not done that for us. In part because of her doing that i have gotten my life together, and i have renewed my faith in Jehovah. And by Him i have the hope of seeing my wonderful Auntie once again...Happy & Healthy...in his New System. ~Moni~

I will always have good memories of Chinaleens sweetness and kindness,and wait for the day when her compulsory service is over Job 14:14 and we all can see each other in the New Earth. Aunt Marva.

I remember Chinaleen fondly.  I interviewed her for an article in the Palmer High School newspaper-- she was on the debate team.  I remember her as a smart, funny and beautiful girl with a lot of talent and drive.  She truly affected the way that I thought about myself; her confidence and enthusiam was contagious.
Please accept my sincere condolences.  I know that she will be missed greatly.

I have a memory of my sister taking me to see my first concert, and of going to visit her in Kanasas, and crying when I had to go home, because she was celebrating her first anniversary with my uncle Tommy. To a loving and beautiful sister, you will be missed.
