Mr David Lee Jacques Jr., age 24, of Fountain, Colorado passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. David was born November 24, 1996 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
A visitation for David will be held Friday, October 22, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. US HWY 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817. A funeral service will occur Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary.
