Frank and his wife Phyllis who proceeds him in death will be laid to rest at Pikes Peak National Cemetery in Colorado Springs on August 4, 2021 at 10:00am. There will be a Celebration of Life in honor of Frank at the V.F.W Post 3917, 4715 Clearview Dr. Security, CO. 80911. Where Frank and Phyllis were life members at 11:00 am August 4, 2021.
Proceeded in in death by wife Phyllis and son Michael Spilman
Survived by son's; William (Sussie) Spilman, Daniel (Debra) Spilman; grandchildren; Ryan, Sarah, Kelly, Keith, Krystal and Jessica and 11 great-grandchildren.
