Leo Morgan Ball

Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Leo Morgan Ball went home to be with the Lord on September 16, 2010 at the age of 58. Leo was the only child of Morgan W. and Lillie M. Ball born on May 20, 1952 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

He grew up in Colorado Springs and graduated from Harrison High School in the spring of 1970. Leo met the love of his life, Dalene Ann Rash, when he was 18 years old. They were married on June 5, 1971 and were married for 39 years. They raised five children, Katherine (Raymond), William, Lori (Kevin), Carrie (Cody), and Stacey and were blessed by five grandchildren: Kaden, Oliver, Hunter, Kaleb & Taylor.

Leo enjoyed the outdoors, rodeo, country-western music, wood carving, working on his farm, reading books, spending time with his family, and studying God’s word. Leo was also very active in the 4-H program and one of the last true cowboys.

Leo will be greatly missed but is now resting safely in the arms of his Savior. Services will be held on Monday, September 20th at 1 p.m. at Pulpit Rock Church, 301 Austin Bluffs Pkwy, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918.
