Born in Pueblo, Colorado, she was the daughter of Paula and Jesus Garcia. Lucy graduated from Central High School in Pueblo. She worked in food service for Memorial Hospital for 25 years. Lucy enjoyed playing bingo, reading, and watching westerns. She will be remembered for being a loving mom and grandma.
Lucy is survived by her daughters Paula (Pat) McMinn and Cathy (Jeff) Darling, and her grandchildren Jarah, Zane, Tessa, Savanna, and Penelope.
Lucy was preceded in passing by her parents and husband.
A memorial service will be held for Lucy on Thursday November 13, 2025, at 10am at Dove Witt Family Mortuary. Lucy will be laid to rest with her husband at Fairview Cemetery, in Fountain, Colorado.
