Margie was a wonderful mother and homemaker. She retired from Anthony’s Department Store and then continued to help her husband as bookkeeper in their carpet cleaning business.
Margie was an adult Sunday School teacher, choir member and faithful church member. She was a talented seamstress, enjoyed oil painting, cooking, dancing, camping, cross-country skiing, walking and going to YMCA Silver Sneakers.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Phillips, her daughters Cindy Moore, Debra Adragna, Sandra Arn and Cheri Orange. Also she is survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son Freddie Sallee.
The memorial service will be held at Pikes Peak Park Baptist Church, Colorado Springs October 24 at 11:00 a.m.
