Patrick Joseph O'Grady 17 of Fountain, Colorado passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2015. He was born April 16, 1998 in Fairbanks, Alaska. Patrick leaves behind his mother Elizabeth Alvar, step-father Kenneth Alvar and little sister Kaylyn Alvar. He is preceded in death by his older brother Bernie O'Grady. A Celebration of Life will be held, Friday, October 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, Fountain, Colorado .
