On Tuesday February 21st at the age of 83 Ski was called home by our Lord. Ski is survived by his wife Julie skawinski; 4 children, Steve Thompkins, Tom Herrnbredel, Buill Blackwelder and Michelle Mayo; Two granchildren Destiny and Alex and his dog Sparky.
Skil was a retired SSG of the Army. He was Pasot Post Commander of VFW 6461. He was also a member of many other veteran based organizations. He was also a avid hunter and fisherman.
Ski will be greatly missed by his family and countless friends.
Service will be held Sunday February 26th at 1:00 p.m. at VFW Post 6461 at 753 S. Santa Fe Ave. Fountain, CO 80817
