Joyce was born in 1933 in Robertsdale, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alice and Joseph Petelinski; her brother, Edward Petelinski; her son, John C. Gallahan; and an infant son. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Higgs (Paul) and Carla Gallahan (Neill Briggs); her son, Mark C. Gallahan – her pride and joy; and her grandchildren, Megan Menter (Seth) and Joseph Higgs.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at St. William of York, Stafford, at 11:00 a.m. with a gathering at 10:30. A burial will follow at Ebenzer Cemetery in Garrisonville.
