She was born on January 2, 1937 in Loudoun County, VA the daughter of the late John W. and Ethel M. (Griffith) Rhodes. She retired as a Procurement Clerk for the General Service Administration.
Her husband, John Robert Richardson Sr. and her son, John Robert Richardson, Jr. preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter. Lori E. McDonald of Ruther Glen, VA; one brother, Holmes Rhodes of Haymarket, VA; four grandchildren, Robert Edward Richardson, William Henry McDonald, John Robert Richardson III, Christopher Matthew Richardson; nine great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with Rev. Allen Snook officiating. Interment will follow at Stafford Memorial Park.
