Barbara Ann Graham

She was born on September 27, 1949 in Kansas City MO, daughter of later Robert Banks and Carrie Partee.

Words to explain a strong woman is hard to do but here we go...Barbara was an amazing woman, sister, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, friend, and human. She raised 5 boys who become strong men. She wore her crown proudly and every generation represents the woman she was. She built a legacy that is beautiful and unforgettable. She loves music and dancing and just remembering her good days. She loved her family more than anything and was proud of each and every person. She loved pickles and Cheetos. Her laughter brought smiles to many faces. She was everyone's momma. She loved the casino and family BBQ's.

She is preceded in death by her parents, son Jacques Gordon, sister Bari Banks and granddaughter Shateisha Gordon.*

She is survived by her children, Sean Gordon, Jon (Sabir) Gordon, Willard (Jeff) Graham II and Andre Graham; siblings Bonnie Banks and Chris Banks; her niece Tara Banks, nephews Dorien and Desmond; great nephews Soloman and Stephen; her grandchildren, Sierra Gordon, DeJuan Dave, Kwesi Dave, Deundrae Gordon, Tyrek Gordon, Mia Simons, M'Quela Gordon, Jahmil Gordon, Gregory Laursen, Jon Gordon, Andrey Graham, Jacques Gordon and Williard Graham III; her great grandchildren, Jazzy, Jaylen, Kinsley, Isiah, Nathaniel, Nehemiah, Nalani, Nazir, Tre'Jean, Mateo, Trinity, Theodore Kyrie, Sariah Nicole, Kasen, Kalani, Lilliyana, Tarik, Bentley, Natalie, Anthony, James, Conner, Heriberto, Santiago, Maverick and baby to come.*

We will cherish all the great memories, appreciate the stories, hospitality, support and love she showed and gave us. We will always miss and love her. May her strong but gentley soul rest in perfect paradise and may eternal light perpetually shine upon her now and forever. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.*
