Born on October 29, 1940, in New Jersey, she was the oldest daughter of Marion Coppedge and Margaret Fanning.
On this day, our family lost a bright and steady light. Carol was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend to many. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and unwavering love that will never be forgotten. As the cornerstone of our family, she was a quiet but constant source of strength who held us together through every season of life. She was truly the heart and soul of our family, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who were blessed to know her.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert G. Westefeld.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert J. Graff; her children, Arthur Westefeld and his wife Holly, Kristin Woolston, and Jeffery Westefeld; her sisters, Lois Tripp, Sandra Killian, and Cynthia Wagner; and her stepdaughters, Suzanne Oliva and her husband Anthony, Nancy McClutchy, Roberta Feoranzo and her husband Frank, and Christina Graff.
She was a proud and loving grandmother to 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy.
Carol was an avid animal lover whose compassion extended to every creature she encountered. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The Luckie Street Project, a licensed and registered 501(c)(3) grassroots organization founded by Bob's daughter Christina, serving animals in need within our communities. Contributions may be made at www.luckiestreetproject.org.
