

Carolyn was born to George and Ruth (Decatur) Perry on February 18,1948 and was raised in Garrisonville, Virginia. There she enjoyed a memorable childhood and made lifelong friends. Carolyn was a graduate of Stafford High School.
Carolyn treasured her family, friends and her close relationship with Jehovah God. She endeavored to make everyone feel special and would stick by you through the most difficult of times. Carolyn always knew the right Bible verse to share to lift your spirit. Her kindness knew no bounds, and her gentle strength inspired everyone around her.
Predeceased by her parents; her dear grandmother, Nannie Bell Decatur; brother, Keith Perry and beloved infant twins: Jessie Lynn Comer and Kevin Allen Comer.
Survivors include her devoted husband of 45 years, Keith Comer; two children: Brenda Boardman, Keith Comer II, and daughter-in-law Bobbi; one brother, Ronnie Perry (Migdalia); one sister, Nancy Glazebrook (Mark); five grandchildren: Andrew Boardman, Jessica Hubbell, Michael Boardman, Alexis Wood and Samantha Thomas; six great-grandchildren: Jaxton Boardman, Kai Boardman, Connor Kingham, Declan Hubbell, Luna Wood and Adilynn Plaugher.
Carolyn’s legacy is one of faith, love, and family. She will be missed greatly, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 12522 Five Mile Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22407 at 2:00pm. on Saturday, November 15, 2025, with a reception to follow.
