Chuck was a member of Peace United Methodist Church and a loyal Ohio State Football fan.
Chuck was predeceased by his parents Garnet and Coy Burgess and 8 siblings.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife Donna of 52 years; his children: Charles "Dusty", Joseph, Michael, Philip, and Theresa; his ex-daughter-in-law Sara; his grandchildren: Jacob and Daniel of Virginia, Jason of New Hampshire, Sarah, Jennifer and Jacob of Florida; and his beloved dog Charlee.
