He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Lamanna of Chincoteague and Samantha Duncan; son, Charles Joseph Duncan of Missouri; five grandchildren, Kaleah, Xavier, Krystiana, Navaeh, and Gabriel; two sisters, Barbara Bailey of Oklahoma and Catherine Duncan of Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia and daughter, Lawana Brink.
A funeral service will be held at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg on Friday, June 24 at 11:30, with the family receiving friends from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
