

On, Saturday, Feburary 23, 2019, Charles William Jennings, 68, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, passed away surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas William and Lelia Frances Carter Jennings and his son, Thomas Michael Jennings. He is survived by his loving sweetheart and soulmate of 44+ years, Flo Johnson. Two sisters, Peggy Jennings Mckendree and husband, Walter of Colonial Beach, Virginia and Judy Lee Graves and husband, Jim, of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Three nephews, James Robert Graves and wife, Allison, and Troy William Graves, all of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and James Brodie Mckendree and wife, Krista of Stafford, Virginia. Four grand nephews, Tommy and Carson Graves and Cameron and Jacob Mckendree. He deeply loved and cherished his immediate and extended family.
Charles was a master brick mason by trade and a commercial waterman. He was truly, by definition, an Outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing and trapping. His specialty was turkey calling and fly fishing. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 4, 2019 from 6-8 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, with a graveside to be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in the National Memorial Park, Fall Church, VA at 11:00 am.
