Claudia Keys Low

It is with profound sadness, we announce the passing of Claudia Keys Low, age 78, of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Claudia, our loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. Claudia was born May 27, 1944, in Washington D.C to the late Mary Frances Keys(Watson) and Claude Thomas Keys. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed, quilting, sewing, gardening, and baking. During her lifetime she had a passion for volunteering at various organizations including Wolf Trap, the LOW Lioness Club, and local hospitals. She especially enjoyed spending time with her three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Claudia is survived by her sons: Thomas Low (Jennefer); James Low (Renee) and daughter Tricia Cease (Mark); sister Patricia Hinshaw; grandchildren: Christie Frye(Bryan), Masey Low, Rachael Low; great-grandchildren: Annabel Frye and Judah Frye. A visitation for Claudia will be held Friday, October 7, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
