He is survived by two sons, Daniele Pugliese and Tony Pugliese; two daughters, Nancy Pachecho and Mary Starckle; six brothers, Gary Pugliese, Jeff Pugliese, Anthony Pugliese, Joseph Pugliese, Eddie Pugliese, and Gino Pugliese; two sisters, Marie Rickard and Deborah Kerzwick; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Aiko Nakamura; father, Daniele Guido Pugliese, mother, Alice Wheeler; sister, Carol Withycombe; and brother, Robert Pugliese.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel at 12:00 pm, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the National Memorial Cemetery at Quantico.
