She was born on February 14, 1960 in Prince William County, Virginia the daughter of the late Francis A. and Lois L. (Kitts) DeBruyn. She was a bookkeeper for the Falmouth Elementary School for 27 years.
Survivors include her husband, John G. Tulloss; three sons, Dev G. Tulloss (Danielle), Christopher L. Tulloss (Megan), and Patrick M. Copeland (Tara); seven daughters, Danielle Marie Tulloss, Annabelle Grace Tulloss, Robin N. Copeland, Laura Jo Tulloss, Betsy Tulloss, Susanne Tulloss, Anne Tourangeau (Dean); two brothers, Charles Satterwhite (Vicky), Eric DeBruyn (Sherry); two sisters, Geraldine DeLozier, Donna Howdyshell; 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Friday, February 11, 2022 at the funeral home.
