John Kenneth Matthews Sr. , 78 of Fredericksburg passed away Saturday , December 14 , 2019.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Darlene; two sons, John Matthews Jr. and wife (April) and
Brian Matthews ; two daughters, Kelly Matthews and Kathy Matthews and husband (Chris) ; and five grandchildren ,John, Jessie, Kayla, Kaleb, and Cameron.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lu-Anne Matthews.
He loved to hike and camp and spend time with family and friends.
