He is survived by his wife, Barbara; his children, Mark Orlando, Brian Orlando, Kelly Thompson (Donald), and Neal Orlando; his stepchildren, Tina Lamont (John), Barbara Kinsey (David), Danny Sprinkle (Tracy), and Susan Hayden (Kenny); 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery at 2 pm.
