To the Rose family,
My family was taken back to see and learn that our dear friend Kevin had passed away. There's not enough time or room to share just how much of a good friend Kevin was to me and my sister. But one of our most memorable times, is when Kevin, my sister and I would ride   our bikes when we were teenagers, along  with other neighborhood friends, and then hang out and have a good time. Great talks, lot's of laughs and a lot of fun together.  It really hurts to know that he's gone, and will greatly be missed !!!!  He was such a good person, respectful, and had a remarkable personality.  My sister and I are ever so grateful that we had the honor to be a part of his friendship circle, as teenagers and in his adult life.  Our deepest condolences to each and everyone of you. We will continue to keep you all in our  thoughts and prayers.  Kevin will never be forgotten.  Sleep in peace Kevin, your job is done.

To the family, I express my deepest sympathy. Kevin will always be remembered . When I worked for public works he worked at the adjoining traffic and parking department.
