LeNae Ruthanne Grice

She was born on June 1, 1943, in Virginia to the late Fred and Frances Walthall.

Lenae “Linny” dedicated her life to the love and care of her family and friends, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and creativity. A gifted artist, she expressed her heart through the beautiful works she created over the years. Her passion for crafting was evident in the porcelain dolls she meticulously made to sell and share as cherished gifts, as well as the stunning paintings and intricate crochet pieces she lovingly designed.

A devoted homemaker and wife, Lenae spent many years working alongside her beloved husband, Victor, demonstrating her boundless talents and unwavering dedication. Her creativity, warmth, and generosity touched all who knew her, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those she loved.

Lenae’s memory will forever be a reminder of the beauty and love she brought into the world.

Predeceased by her parents and husband Thomas Victor Grice, Sr.

Survivors include four children, Terry Walter, Vickie Evans (Daniel), Thomas Victor Grice, Jr. (Paige) and David Graham Grice; one brother, Dwight Walthall; two sisters, Suzanne Kimball and Cheryl Helsley; 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3702 Loren Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
