Nancy Truslow Withers

Nancy worked many years at her sisters' photography studio, Colony Studios in Fredericksburg.

She married Noble A. Withers and together they built a home on Truslow Road and lived happily until Noble's death in 2006. Nancy loved nothing more than being with her large family and friends, especially her annual 4th of July picnic and the Christmas Day get together.

Nancy was a member of Hulls Memorial Baptist Church, and was in attendance every Sunday until her health worsened.

She is survived by a sister, Page Schrum; nephew, Jonathan A. Truslow who she thought of as her son, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Noble A. Withers, and her siblings: Harriet Truslow, Pete Truslow, Dorothy Simpson, Jane Edwards, and Noble "Blue" Truslow.

Nancy will alway be remembered for her love of family, friends, and God.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Hulls Memorial Cemetery with her nephew Thomas Simpson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hulls Memorial Baptist Church.
