He was born on July 3, 1947 in Washington, DC the son of the late Warren E. Weller, Sr and Katherine Louise (Warren) Weller. He served in the U.S. Army from October 1966 to October 1968. He was the owner and operator of the Weller Trucking Company.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Ellen Knighton.
Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, Judy G. Weller of Fredericksburg, Virginia; one grandson, Nicholas Stuart of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at the Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with Rev. John Hodgen officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at The National Memorial Cemetery at Quantico.
