She was born February 11, 1952, to Gloria M. (Walsh) Michel and T.J. Michel, both deceased. She married Keith M. Boswell on March 9, 1974. Julie graduated high school from McCluer in 1971, and was a homemaker. Together, she and Keith raised four daughters and she enjoyed cooking, card playing, fishing and spending time with her family.
