

Mary was born December 20, 1944, in Fulton, Missouri, the daughter of the late Margaret Jean Kemp and stepfather, Richard Kemp.
Mary worked as a nurse's aide for years and a dedicated homemaker who cherished time with her children. Mary was baptized at an early age at Calvary Baptist Church in Fulton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her oldest son, Donald Galbreath; sisters, Geraldine (Gerly) Kelly, Josephine Vaughan, and Martha Gibson.
Mary leaves behind to cherish her memory, her three children, Rebecca (Corey) Crump, of Lewisville, Texas, Melodie Anderson, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Noris Byers, of Columbia, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren, Jasmine Kemp, Charles Kemp, India Anderson, Frederick (Freddy) Anderson, Jr., La Norah Byers, Aliccah Byers, Maria Byers, Norah Byers, Norisha Byers, Nyeisha Sidique, Adavion Kemp, Whitney Lawson, and Tiffany Newsome; seven great grandchildren, Elias Anderson, Keenai Coplin, Kamiah Lawson, Naryiah Byers, and Iyannah Newson; one great great grandchild, EsMae Newsom; niece, Cavos "Darsel" (McNeal, Jr.) Phauls; nephew, Clarence (LaVern Higginbottom) Vaughan, Jr.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
